How it works

Three simple steps, hassle-free

Inviting someone to Urbanitae is very simple.

1. Share your link

Copy your personal link from your Private Area and share it with anyone you want to recommend Urbanitae to.

2. Your referral invests

The new user registers through your link and makes a first investment of at least €500. To qualify for the double reward, that first investment must be made between October 1 and December 31, 2026, inclusive.

3. You both earn

Both of you receive the corresponding reward based on the amount of that first investment.

Urbanitae FAQ

Any registered user on Urbanitae can participate. To do so, simply share your personal invitation link with someone who is not yet registered on Urbanitae.

You do not need to have previously made an investment to participate.

You can find your personal invitation link in your Urbanitae Private Area, under the "Invite" section.

The link is unique for each user and allows us to correctly identify who made the recommendation and assign the corresponding rewards.

The reward is calculated exclusively on the amount of the first investment made by the referred user.

If they make subsequent investments later, these are not added to the first to calculate a higher reward.

For example, if their first investment is €1,500, the reward will be calculated on that amount, even if they make another investment afterwards.

The reward is credited to your Urbanitae wallet during the first ten days of the month following the close of financing for the project in which the referred user made their first investment.

The project must reach its financing target for the reward to be generated. If it does not, the invested capital is refunded and the reward is not paid out for the referral program.

No. You can share your personal invitation link with as many new users as you like, provided they meet the program conditions.

No. The referral program reward cannot be combined with other promotions or incentives offered by Urbanitae. If multiple bonuses apply to the same transaction, only the one with the highest amount will be paid out.
