In 2023, we became the main sponsor of the new version of The Phantom of the Opera, which arrived in Madrid in October with the help of the production company LetsGo, supported by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Antonio Banderas. We joined Los40 to organize the Pre Party of Primavera Pop. The artist DePol, author of the well-known song “Quién diría,” among others, will offer an exclusive concert at La Sala del WiZink Center on April 9th to celebrate the Pre Party of Primavera Pop.

On March 9th, 2024, we collaborated in the Cadena 100 for peace concert, which brought together more than 3,600 people at the WiZink Center in Madrid. At this event, we had the opportunity to support such a significant initiative as peace.

In 2024, Urbanitae collaborated for the first time with the ALMA Madrid festival, a musical event that each spring marks a before and after in the cultural scene of the Spanish capital. This festival, which takes place in Parque Enrique Tierno Galván, is an unforgettable experience for all music lovers, with the presence of artists such as Roisin Murphy, Deep Purple, GIMS, and Jamie Cullum.

For the second consecutive year, we bet on the Putos Modernos community on Instagram to publicize our line of income investment projects, demonstrating that everyone, through real estate investment, can live off rental income.
